Scholarship Overview: The Guy's & Gals Community Partnership Inc. Annual Scholarship aims to support and encourage young individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to their community and have shown outstanding academic potential. This scholarship is designed to assist graduating high school seniors in their pursuit of higher education.
Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for the Guy's & Gals Community Partnership Inc. Annual Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be a high school senior who will graduate in the current academic year.

Must have been accepted to a college, university, or vocational/technical school for the upcoming academic year.

Must have actively participated in community service and engagement activities. A minimum of 50 documented community service hours completed during high school is required. Documentation of Community Service Hours. Provide documentation of community service hours. This can include letters from organizations, supervisors, or official service logs that verify the hours and nature of service.

Essay & 30 second Video Requirement: Must write and submit a 500-word essay and complete a 30 second video on the topic: "Why Community Service is Important." Write a 500-word essay and record a 30 second person video on "Why Community Service is Important." The essay and video should reflect your personal experiences, insights, and the impact of community service on your life and the community.

Complete and submit the official Guy's & Gals Community Partnership Inc. Annual Scholarship application form by the specified deadline. Ensure all sections are filled out accurately and completely.

Submit a copy of the acceptance letter from the college, university, or vocational/technical school you plan to attend.
Selection Criteria: The selection committee will evaluate applicants based on the following factors: The section committee is comprised of the GGCPINC Board of Director’s and Hoop For Coop Committee.

Community Service Involvement: The extent and impact of the applicant's community service and engagement activities.

Essay Quality: The thoughtfulness, coherence, and originality of the essay on the importance of community service.

Academic Achievement: Overall academic performance and achievements during high school.

Completeness of Application: Submission of all required documents and adherence to application guidelines.

Scholarship Award Ceremony: During 9th Annual Hoop For Coop Men’s Health Fair and Basketball Tip Off
